Great property. Close to everything

Excelente servicio el hotel luna está localizado en el corazón de Guanajuato súper recomendable.

Great location near restaurants, however, the only rooms with windows faced the jardín, which is party central u til almost midnight. So, my room was in the middle of the building with no window and no access to fresh air. That was very uncomfortable to me. The staff was always helpful and offered me a room over the jardín, which I declined due to the competing noise of numerous strolling musician groups until late. There is no mention of the rooms being windowless on their website. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known that, despite the excellent staff service, etc.

Its an old Hotel right in the downtown center of Guanajuato where the action is. You have restaurants and music as you walk out of the hotel. The managment are eager to help and make sure you have the right room and to have a good time. A word of caution: you are very close to the music, Mariachis and Rock bands play below close to the rooms. Ask for an inside room if noise bothers you.

Pro: in the middle of everything great service house cleaning was excellent, the staff done a great job . Con: Free breakfast nothing to wright home about went around the corner to have a great meal. Need to remember your password for Netflix if you don't no tv. Oh thanks Brent you forgot to log out. Music is loud Thursday stops at 1am take ear plugs. Its a great hotel

Location was convenient. The room was fairly quiet, if airless. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned— hair all over the place. Overall, it was fine for a night… wouldn’t want to spend more time as it’s windowless and needs some TLC.
