Hotel J Green Bay

It has a McDonald's right next door and it is close to the highway for easy exiting when leaving.

Bathroom was small and it felt like the floor was sloped to the shower. The beds were not clear comfortable at all and the sheets on one of the beds were put on backwards. The place a had a weird smell and it smells like they have sprayed air freshener several times along with disinfectant to get the smell of smoke and weed out of the air. The policy of "Come and go as you please" is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of. Also sounded like there was an orgy or something else going on in the room next door.

One of the last times I was there, one of the next door neighbors were really loud and disruptive. But I didn’t say anything to the front desk, just because 🤷🏽‍♀️.

The facility was very clean and the staff was amazing. Very accommodating and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being so busy. Pool and hot tub was pretty clean but hard to relax because of so many kids and it doesn't take many people to completely fill up the pool.

While the stay was good overall, I have 2 main and mostly minor complaints. The first is that the AC unit was very weak and it got very hot in the room even at night. There's a limiter on the unit that won't let you lower the temp much which I greatly disliked. The second and most irritating issue is that the pillows are TERRIBLE. I have stayed at probably nearly 100 hotels in my life and hotel J had BY FAR the worst pillows I've ever used in my life. They are extremely small and have basically zero padding and also trap tons of heat. I will most likely stay here again, but I'll be bringing my own pillows and my own fan.
