Stayed in the green jungle room, and it was very cool! Comfy bed and lovely design. Breakfast was very good, parking easy

It is at the top of the stairs and above the pool, so you will hear noise from guests

We had a late night check in, the lady at the desk was extremely friendly. We had a mishap with the key and she was quick to help us out. Very nice area and you couldn't really hear the planes. Perfect location to all attractions, grocery and coffee shopes.Very nice hot showers. Breakfast was okay for quick breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We stayed an enjoyed the area and went up to lighthouses.

The mattress was firm,but still comfortable. We only had 3 pillows per bed and they were on the small side. We just like 2 pillows each, so that is just our preference and not a dislike. Only thing that could be better, is to add a hook to hang hand towel for the bathroom sink.

The breakfast staff. Especially one particular employee was very rude. Made a point to tell me that ot wasn't time for breakfast yet and I had no business being in the breakfast room. I was 5 minutes early and I looked at my watch and she said it doesn't matter if I said it's not time then it's not time. I also stayed that I just wanted coffe and was told that I could not get coffee and go to the front lobby for that. BTW there was no coffee in the front lobby nor was there any staff members available. I'm sorry but when you pay such an extravagant amount on a hotel. Busy venue weekend or not. No one should be treated like shit.
