"Very inviting environment and a tasty breakfast"

Great breakfast, and friendly staff.

I found out when getting ready to leave that my sink had hot water but my shower did not. It was very hard to wash my hair in the sink. It was not the staffs fault, they didn't know. I only had a short amount of time before check out to get ready, so I just informed them upon checkout.

Positives :Great location and close to gas station, shopping and restaurants. Staff was overall friendly. Negatives : After we checked in at the front desk and arrived to our room the door was open and they were still cleaning it. Unsure why they checked us in, if our room was not cleaned and ready. We arrived after the listed check-in time. The breakfast area was not clean and appeared neglected by staff. The garbage was overflowing and there was food all over the counters and tables.

We we got there we were given a room that was already occupied then given a new room. We were called 20 minutes later by the hotel and asked why we switched rooms. Then they joked they should charge us more for this room but can't. The room's bathroom had mold in it. The room it itself was fine except for the gas station sign that lit directly into the room at night and the curtains do not shut at all to cover that lit sign going directly into your eyesight as you try to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The only negative was the families across the hall. On Friday night they allowed their small children to run and scream in the 2nd floor hallway until 11 PM.
