"They were decent enough to refund our money"

They were decent enough to refund our money. However they did not want to listen to the problems we experienced during our one night stay. Here they are for your knowledge: 1. TV did not work. They spent 40 minutes trying to fix. They did offer us another room but we felt if we were packing up again we should just leave. 2. They told us they would contact a manager regarding the TV but they never got back to us on that item. 3. Asked for a luggage rack - that never appeared. 4. WiFi - I thought is was on a dial up modem it was so slow!!! Had to use cell signal to use internet. 5. Breakfast is not set up to accommodate handicapped individuals at all.
