USDirty room, bathroom drawer filled with brown stained towels and a small toy p*nis, rude front desk, upstairs neighbor was impossibly loud shaking our lights and the already broken shower head, no phone in room, broken glass on the floor, asked for no house keeping as we like our privacy, came back to our room in the evening to find our trash gone and new towels, just a horrible experience

A lovely and cozy room; clean and wuiet
Had bugs crawling in the bed and staff told me they didn’t see any and that it was the best room in the place as if they had slept in every room themselves. Then said they had people coming to spray every month to get rid of the bugs they knew they had ! Fought with me about giving a refund until finally doing so. Completely delusional. Place looks really shabby and worn out in person. Looks like your driving into a broken down trailer park.
There was what very much appeared to be a bed bug, the property manager was nice but of Course wouldn’t own up to it
