Having a separate bedroom was great for our situation. Hostesses at breakfast were very friendly and helpful!

It would be helpful for more specific pictures by room type on the websites. I ended up calling to see what type of room I needed as the pictures for every room were the same.

The manager was awful and lied to me. They called me 20 minutes before my stay and told me they were overbooked and had no room for me as I booked with third party. I showed up at the hotel, spoke with the manager who told me this basically was bookings fault and there was nothing she could do. We stayed at another hotel next door and was told BY THE MANAGER that she would call and let booking know we didn’t get to stay there since they were overbooked. She assured me this would be taken care of. The front desk person at the second hotel even warned me that I should call myself but the manager from the original hotel assured me again she would take care of it. 2 weeks later I was still fighting to get my $250 back for a room I didn’t even stay at!! She was never available to speak when booking or myself called. Then when I said I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, magically it was resolved. Good luck to any who choose to stay here, buyer beware.

THE PROBLEM WAS WITH HOTELS.COM. The problem was not with the hotel itself. I had selected a Queen Bed Suite on the site, but it came through to the hotel as only a queen bed 1 room. (There had been a different option for the room I got.) Being a light sleeper, I always get suites so there is another door to block noise from outside the room as well as noise form heating/cooling and the refrigerator. Consequently, the air conditioner kept waking me up whenever it went on. (They were fully booked and were unable to help. She said I was not the only person that weekend using a 3rd party vendor with this problem.)

Our stay was wonderful!! Our room had a full size fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher! We loved the free breakfast all of the food was delicious and good variety! Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean! Would definitely stay here Again

The hotel was dirty, one elevator was especially filthy, and rooms are apparently only cleaned/serviced once every 7 days. The staff seemed generally unhappy and not at all concerned with the customer. We found a lot of unclean areas in our room, including the kitchen and the living room.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is excellent. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with bunch of options. Overall the staff is very accommodating which made the stay pleasant.
