Staybridge Suites Auburn Hills by IHG

Breakfast is very limited options and lot of things can be improved there. Hygene can be improved at breakfast.

We were in town for a local concert at the Meadow Brook Pavilion, which was less that 10 minutes away. I read and reread reviews before deciding on this spot. We had a one bedroom suite on the first floor. We loved it! The room was really nice and very clean. We loved the first floor which made it convenient for coming and going. There was an ice maker in the refrigerator which was really nice. Our only issue was how to turn the lights on. As I was about to head to the front desk and ask, I spotted a spot by the door that instructed us to insert a key to get "power". We did that and we had lights!!! The woman staffing the breakfast bar was super friendly. There were plenty of offerings and the area was very clean! There were plenty of tables to sit at although we took it back to our room. We agree, should we be in the area again, that we'd stay here. I realize it can be a bit pricier than some other hotels but you get what you pay for!

The property is beautiful. Very attractive for the price. I didnt have a remote to the television in the living room. So that was a downside. Me and my husband watch different things on television and we couldn't. The night attendant said he would take something off the bill but im still waiting .

I enjoyed my stay.

A very clean newer property. Very quiet. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of fresh, healthy food.

Absolutely nothing this place was the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The rooms in the picture I was told do not exist in the property and their rooms are no where near as nice as the ones pictured. My first room the pull out mattress was already pulled out and had a huge oee stain on it. Then the room they moved me to I immediately slipped in dog pee and the room stunk worse than a dog kennel, just the worst dog pee smell imaginable, then the third room had hair and a razor in the tub, this place was absolutely disgusting!

The staff was wonderful!! Especially the breakfast crew and front desk attentants! Very cozy and inviting. Dinner 3 days a week is exceptional! It was amazing we got to eat when we checked in after 2 1/2 hours in the car! I was not expecting to have dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.The beds were very comfortable as usual with Staybridge.The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. Smell is very important, and I was impressed.The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and so much shopping there's not time to go to all the stores. We didn't have enough time to make to the Dog Beach near there, so we will definitely be returning. Now we know just where to stay! Thanks again, Staybridge! -Tabetha, Marcus, and little Louis V.♥️

It was clean and the staff was so nice!

There was hair in one of the towels that was not from anyone in our room.
