Antigua Trece Hotel Fusión & SPA

The property was easy to find and close to all sorts of things to see. rooftop bar was quiet not to loud of music made intimate conversation comfortable. If stairs are an issue for some people this may not be the best option.

The room and place is extremely clean and visually attractive, its quaint and located in a very very good and convenient area in town, everything is walking distance. The food room service was a let down as they closed kitchen at 8pm, the room we got is also located with street view and the noise from the street was very close and loud. Cars, activities, people, not all night but still in hearing range.

The place was amazing, the room was very comfortable and clean. Since this hotel is located near the street you can hear all the night’s activities, singing cars and such so it’s loud. But the distance from the center of the city is perfect walkable and safe definitely recommend

Our room window faced the narrow street. The Callejoneada passed through with music and singing until after midnight. Other than that our room was very comfortable.

Great location, nice property. As it is located in the center area, you can hear all the noise from outside, church bell parade and everything. Not too bad but be mindful if you’re sensitive to noise.

The hotel was comfortable and in a GREAT location. I **WISH** I could say I'd stay there again, but two interactions with staff were really unpleasant and would make us very unlikely to return: 1) Upon check in we asked for two keycards. I was there to work and my husband to sightsee so we would be on very different schedules. We were refused a second key without any explanation. Instead, my husband had to ask to be let into our room every time he returned to the hotel; 2) Upon checkout with my work colleague, he was told he would have to pay for a missing washcloth. He was only one person and only one washcloth was placed in his room upon cleaning the day before. So he refused and they would not let him leave until he did. He demanded that they get the person who restocked the room the night before and ask why only one washcloth was given knowing that it would be a problem upon checkout. Of course at 5:00am when we were both checking out to make our airplane flight, that person was not at the hotel and the overnight desk clerk finally relented. But nether of those experiences were ones we want to repeat and turned a pleasant stay into an unpleasant one. Thus the hotel has lost now two likely repeat customers (as we both have continuing business in the town) from very petty rules that created unpleasant encounters with hotel staff for no reason.

The location was spectacular, the hotel comfortable. Most of the staff were ok (the cleaning ladies were super sweet and helpful).

There is no sound separation from the roof deck above and every table dragged across the terrance when they change set-ups sounds like a bomb going off in the room. But even that would not have outweighed the great location and comfortable space, but the hotel is penny-pinching in all the wrong ways and really rubbed us the wrong way. Two examples: 1) They would only give the two of us one keycard. I was there for work and my husband to sight-see, so we were on two very different schedules. They made him ask to be let into the room every time he came back rather than programming a second keycard; 2) Our last night, the cleaning staff had only stocked the room with one wash cloth instead of the usual two. They were not going to let us leave until we paid for the "missing" wash cloth. We refused and told them they could get the person who cleaned the room and only stocked it with one washcloth. Of course at 5:00am when we were checking out, that person was not in the building so they eventually relented. But exercise caution if staying here, these were not pleasant exchanges and would make me question a return visit to this hotel.

Very good place to stay

Our stay with 2 children was amazing! The area was stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location. The dining on the terrace had amazing views! BEST place we have stayed at so far, we will definitely come back.
