Everything was great. Room good size. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Top quality. Staff were Brilliant. Very helpful and polite. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend

"Disappointing stay"

Breakfast was good, hotel location just off M27 was good for our plans

Room needed some tlc, wall light taped up, tape across carpet doorway to bathroom, bath panel also cracked. Dust on wooden headboard, bedside lamps and skirting boards and carpet edge. No hair dryer. Lack of plug sockets, only 2 sockets 1 of which tv was in so as couple had to charge 1 phone at a time. Reception phone not answered in early hours when had issue with noisy room next door

"You get what you pay for"

Staff were lovely

Room smelt damp, light left on in bathroom couldn’t turn off disturbed our sleep. Used hair dryer and the TV stopped working. Found drinks quite expensive different prices depending who served you.
