Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Hyatt Centeic in Mumbai. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding- so much to select from and the hot dishes from the live station were a wonderful addition. A special thank you to the team for making my experience so memorable — whether it was the excellent dining, prompt assistance, or thoughtful gestures throughout our stay.

Great location, nice spacious clean rooms , the staff are friendly and helpful ,from the guard in front to housekeeping . Shreyas and Ruquia at rececption , Shruti in the restaurant , Jennifer ( breakfast ) as well as the other staff of the hotel were all great.

The staff was the most disrespectful and untrained ones. The guy on the front desk, Sidhesh, apparently the guy responsible for his staff, was the most disrespectful of the lot. He spoke rubbish with my client who was staying thee. I had specifically mentioned late check out and they started calling my client’s room from 11AM itself. We had ordered tea which they took 90 minutes to deliver. I would not recommend staying in this hotel just because of the staff. Hyatt Management needs to train their staff better for this property. I have been a regular customer of Hyatt around the world but Hyatt Centric Juhu has now made sure that I book anything else but Hyatt as specifically mentioned by Mr. Sidhesh and his team of disrespectful staff members across the hotel.
