Vista meravigliosa dal parco termale.

La stanza era piuttosto modesta e non in linea con le aspettative di una struttura a quattro stelle anche se dobbiamo registrare la disponibilità dello staff a proporci altre alternative più curate e moderne a cui però mancava sempre qualcosa. Il servizio al ristorante / colazione lento, disattento e a tratti poco cortese.

Stanza, piscine termali, sauna naturale, centro estetico; personale top, soprattutto camerieri/e sempre attenti e disponibili. Taxi Peppe e Gino top.

Cibo discreto. Spiaggia monopolizzata dalle solite persone, nonostante fossero riprese dagli attenti bagnini. Carrelli esterni (Cava mare service): servizio pessimo e carissimi; chiesta fattura, ma mai avuta; non tutti cortesi e soprattutto sempre al cellulare durante la guida, oggi addirittura uno con 2 cellulari; infine uno dei bagagli non è stato dato al taxista, ma per fortuna il taxista Peppe ha tel al taxista che ci stava portando al porto e ci ha raggiunto in tempo; entrambi ci hanno fatto poi un po' di sconto. Non sono l'unica che si è lamentata di questi carrelli esterni, scriverò al Comune: è veramente vergognoso! Di contro, il personale dei carrelli dell'albergo, gentili e super disponibili.

Hotell Apollon Club som sted var fantastisk, veldig hyggelig betjening og vi storkoste oss her i 9 døgn. Miramare hotel er søstermodellen og begge steder tar godt vare på oss som gjester med utmerket service. Betjeningen var å finne på begge hotell og de er på tilbudssiden for å gjøre vår ferie til noe mer enn vi forventet.
