Facilities good, but dinner kitchen was not at the level of ISCHIA. Lucky some restaurant are around the hotel.

Kitchen for dinner . The location is good for young people, not for old member of families with motility issues. Sant’Angelo it is difficult to reach, but is it lovely .

The thermal spas are amazing!

They had a small set menu for every meal and it was difficult to get off the property to somewhere else. There was no room service and we were on the very top of the hill with rarely an option for the electric car to take us up to our room. I specifically picked our room with the terrace to be able to have coffee in the mornings when I woke up. However the coffee maker in room wasn’t great and the main part of the hotel did not open until 8, when I am up at 6 and before it was so incredibly hot on the terrace. People can also do a day pass there so you are competing with people who are not staying at the hotel for chair space, which is annoying.

3times I asked for an iron and another cup… cup never came and finally I was told they didn’t have any irons. Dinner first night was a disaster… I never managed to get my sea bass… an hour after my company had their mains! Electric car which brings you up and down hill.. was more unavailable than not. You couldn’t walk the steps if you have any mobility issues. You would think complementary water would be provided in the heat!!!

Amazing thermal park Nice location

An expensive, 4 star hotel like this must offer a free electric car ride to Sant’Angelo town, cannot make guests leave the thermal park at 6pm, need to offer rides to farther rooms which are after a very steep road

The room was perfect, very spaciouls, clean, cmpletely renovated, had a wonderfully working a/c and a supersized 2mt bed! The terrace was also very big. The breakfast was also very tasty, and even had homemade cakes. Loads of pools to chose from, as well as a direct beach access. I can´t wait to return!

The staff were a huge credit to the hotel, the views were beautiful, a real picturesque location. The pools at different temperatures came in more useful than I initially thought they would.( multiple pools at different temps) I would like to give Vito the driver between apollon and miramare a special mention, so helpful and always a smaller on his face.

The smart tv did not work with any apps, such as prime, Netflix or YouTube. This was reported to the reception numerous times but was never resolved. This was an issue as given hotel location, after ten o clock, there is little to do other than relax, which is the purpose of this resort, but on an evening it is difficult.

Breakfast was great! Th pool and spa is phenomenal. This property and staff are awesome and on top of everything. Very welcoming, helpful, and caring ! I wish I could have stayed longer. Bellísima propiedad!

The walls are thin I could hear everything from the next room. Baby crying at 3 am and then again at 5. I’m a mom so I understand but for others maybe not so good

The location, view and staff were wonderful. Special thanks to bartender Franca and the rest of the day time service staff. Reception staff was also very accommodating.

Breakfast was mediocre especially hot items considering 4 star expectations.
