"Disappointed Life time diamond member experience"

I have been a loyal Hilton Diamond member for many years, and I greatly value the consistency and quality I typically experience across Hilton properties. However, this particular location is the only property where I have encountered an issue with the daily $15 credit benefit. At every other Hilton property I frequent—including DoubleTree hotels—I have always been able to use the credit seamlessly at the restaurant, bar, or even toward snacks and soft drinks available at the front desk. When I raised the concern, Ebony, the manager on duty, acknowledged that she has received similar complaints from other guests. From what I understand, the decision to limit the use of this benefit rests with the general manager of this property. In addition, I was informed that the credit could not be applied toward gratuities at breakfast, which is also the first time I have experienced such a restriction. At other Hilton properties, the credit has always been flexible enough to cover tips as well. This benefit is one of the valuable perks Hilton provides to its loyal members, and I believe it should be applied consistently across all properties. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to the DoubleTree in Jackson, TN. Instead, I will choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn or one of the other Hilton options available in the area for my future visits. Respectfully, Tony C.

I didn’t like the renovations going on. The noise made it impossible to sleep. Once they finish that it’ll be worth staying.
