"Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

Tre at the front desk was very nice and attentive to the customer. The hotel is currently under renovation, so parts of the lobby, the elevator, and some floors are not complete. Our room was the new design, very comfortable, spacious, and without noticeable noise disturbances. My husband, of course, enjoyed the cookies. Visited the restaurant for drinks, it was a good experience.

The cookies we received had walnuts, and unfortunately, I could not enjoy them.

Excellent service. Make sure you ask for Amy. I had the blue cheese burger and enjoyed it immensely! I stayed here for a week and ate in the Twist almost every night!

Husband is in aviation & we were traveling back home from Mt Vernon IL to Mobile AL. Front desk staff super friendly. One girl in training & I know how hard that is to train & continue to smile. HOTEL UNDER RENOVATIONS 🙄 There was a large celebration going on at the same time. We decided to go to “Twister” to have a cocktail & dinner!! Aaron was the bartender & was a tad short handed with staff because of the large celebration happening. He was amazing taking care of us & the others in bar area. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable with the happenings of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we are in this area!!
