Hotel nice and clean. The Twist restaurant is so good best burgers and hospitality. Kat the bartender was very professional and made me and everyone feel welcomed. Definitely will visit again

"FORGET ALL THE OTHERS STAY HERE"

We have stayed in many places on many trips and this by far was the BEST place ever! 20 star! Staff, music played in lobby, sitting areas, the Twist restaurant, the Pool, the Decor, the Stream Iron, the Soft but Bright lighting oh my Brilliant in the bath room, Crabtree Evelyn bath products, the plants outside. I can't wait to stay here again next time in Jackson, TN.

Dined at Twist. Kat was outstanding with her attention and service. Dinner was great, hot and fulfilling. The room was well laid out, lots of space and very nice. Hotel was completing remodel project and everything was great even with the minor finishing touches being applied in the common spaces.

"I had a wonderful dinner."

Foods good, service is great, Amy did a wonderful job. I got the asain bbq dish with blackened chicken added. Tasted great and a healthy alternative to the other local restaurants
