We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree by Hilton Jackson. Chyna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the beds were super comfy. The pool was clean and just the right temp. We would definitely stay here again!

"Chyna was very sweet."

Staid overnight for our daughter’s bowling tournament in Jackson, TN. Chyna was welcoming and friendly at checkin. Making recommendations for dinner. Hotel is currently under construction but we were not disturbed by any noise and slept well. Smart TV functions wouldn’t work and the cable went out halfway through the movie on cable.

"A clean experience"

I booked a last minute stay at the Doubletree Hotel after being delayed in Jackson for work. I called ahead and Tre answered the phone. He helped me locate the nearest EV charger. Upon arrival Tre and Erica welcome me with warmth. They explained there remodeling and how it might affect things (it did not ) . They also gave me drink tickets and announced there would be live music. The rooms were quiet clean and remodeled . This place doesn’t look like much from the outside , but it is a hidden gem. Tre and Erica call Seemed like they enjoyed being there and helped all the customers . It was a busy line Thanks again.
