Hotelanlage, Onsen, Zimmergröße, äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal - sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht

Schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht geblieben sind :(

フロントスタッフさんからレストランの方、清掃の方 みなさん挨拶して下さいますし、とても対応がよかったです。 清掃も行き届いており、とても快適でした。 施設のサービスも充実しておりまた宿泊したいです。

היה עיסוי מושלם , אוכל מוסרתי רק ליפנים , אין מה לאכול לתיירים , ארוחת בוקר עד 9:30 כניסה עד 8:30 לחדר אוכל . מאכזב

האוכל מזעזע , לא לקחת ארוחת בוקר אם אתה לא יפני

地點非常好。閱覽室餐點及户外泡腳池烤火區很棒

房內溫泉水是流動的無法關，無法入浴缸內泡湯，去大眾地只能帶房內毛巾不方便

המלון קרוב לתחנת הרכבת במרחק הליכה מהמוזיאון הפתוח וצמוד לרכבל במסלול המעגלי. חדר גדול ואונסן פרטי, מחכים ונכנסים. פינת משחקים לילדים , חדר עם נישנושים במהלך היום ובערב בחצר יש אח בערב , אווירה טובה.

ארוחת הבוקר לא מתאימה כל כך לחיך המערבי הכל נסגר מאד מוקדם ונאלצנו לאכול במלון ארוחת ערב יקרה, צריך לחשוב על זה מראש

Comfortable room with lovely mountain forest views out the window. Our room was conveniently close to the garden path that connects the apartment-style 'condo' rooms to the main building where the primary amenities are located. The breakfast buffet was good (not great), the location was very convenient - walkable to both Gora and the cable cars as well as the Open Air Museum - both were wonderful. Good restaurants walking distance as well. The onsen facilities were nice; the public ones were spacious and well-equipped. The private ones also nice, though we waited ~20 minutes to access it when we tried.

Overall the facilities feel a bit dated and sprawling - it feels a bit like a maze inside. The library / community / play spaces would have been WONDERFUL, but unfortunately they were in a separate building, so we found few opportunities to just hang out there and enjoy.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Dinner is overpriced, not really worth the price, but optional. Can go dine elsewhere.
