Hakone Yutowa

Breakfast was great. Location was easy to get to. The family really enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel offered from free snacks, drinks, and a reading area.

There wasn't too much about the hotel that we didn't like. Beds were a little uncomfortable but room was spacious for a family of four. Overall, the amenities were as listed.

Food not particularly well-prepared. Choices were quite limited and lacked any creativity.

We stayed three days and the food was exactly the same each day. There was no variation in menu. The onsen was at best perfunctory. Hotel needs a good all round cleaning.

Les onsens privatifs, les snacks et les boissons à disposition tout au long de la journée, la terrasse, l’expérience japonaise (yakuta, futon, onsen). Nous avons été surclassés, et avons pu profiter d’une chambre bien plus grande que prévue !

酒店在強羅站附近，到各景點也很方便，酒店舒適，有不同休閒區，亦有很多免費小食及飲品等，非常的貼心。房間空間很大，床舖舒服，洗手間與浴室分開，非常乾淨，房間露台有吊床及躺椅，很休閒舒適。

晚餐比想像中差一點，魚生選擇不多，食物款式也不多，反而早餐很多選擇。

I love the customer service and attentiveness to everything. Great zones for relaxing after a long day outside. The dinner was extremely impressive, really didn’t expect it to be so good for a buffet. Amazing. Have popsicles and water after onsen! Room is comfortable (just wished there was a full size mirror but apart from that it was excellent). They stored my luggage the day I got there as well as the day I was leaving! Also did I mention the location is perfect for the Hakone open air museum or the Hakone loop , just a couple minutes from the gora station, I loveee this hotel and loved you could pick your own yukata for your stay.

The location minutes from Gora train station is great. Beautiful hotel with private onsens. Free beer, drinks & snacks every night. Free breakfast buffet.

Room is small & beds on the floor. Beds comfortable but the pillows aren’t. The restaurant closes early & you can only get the $50 buffet. Nothing else to eat fir dinner
