The room was very spacious and clean the location was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was a little pricey, especially for a latte which was an additional cost. The elevators were really slow with long wait

POSITIVES: The view from our room was PERFECT and beautiful. Room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Two bed and pull out sofa bed in separate area by window. Great location for the falls incline and walkable to main attractions. Starbucks in lobby was convenient for breakfasts and the restaurant had a wonderful breakfast buffet. NEGATIVES: Not enough towels were provided so we had to request more. Shower did not drain very well so a little gross The worst part was the price of our room service dinner. We could have gone out to eat for what they charged for their food to a much nicer restaurant, plus they automatically charged gratuity AND pressured my husband for more gratuity when they dropped the food off. Then no one came for our food cart so it sat outside our room overnight and I to the next day.
