Had a terrible first experience at this hotel. I was working the convention across the street and we were offered a discount at this hotel. I can tell you I won’t be coming back. We checked in late (notified the hotel that we would be doing a late check in), our room still wasn’t ready at 8:30pm. When we got to our room we discovered that the toilet was not working. Called maintenance, who “fixed” it, but it never worked after that. If you want privacy in a bathroom this is not the hotel to stay in. The sliding barn door has a 3 inch gap at the top, doesn’t lock and ours had a sizeable chuck of wood missing on the bottom of the door as well. Our televisions also didn’t work, we never called about it cause we never watched it, but it added to the laughably terrible room experience. As another note, DO NOT buy anything from the Starbucks inside the hotel, unless you want to pay an insane amount. We wanted a quick and easy breakfast of 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches… the total $42!!! Checking the Starbucks app to compare, we discovered that this should only cost $20. All in all we will not be coming back to this hotel, even with the convention discount.

Staff were fantastic and room with view was amazing especially for the value.

A little pricey, but it’s Niagara Falls with a view so I expected that

View, breath taking view from my 30th floor, it’s heaven🥰. Separate elevator for high floor so no crowd in elevator & everything is so close like dining, shopping and cruise.

Not a single plastic on trash can, i did not get it.
