"Great hotel, good staff, fabulous view, nice room would recommend but parking cost, disappointing."

View was outstanding and was the major reason we booked here. Room very comfortable. Bathroom facilities clean. Brendan at check in was extremely helpful and friendly.

Parking expensive , $50 a night for 3 nights to just park in an outside car park. A discount rate for multiple nights would have been good as we were already paying for an expensive room for 3 nights possibly $120. In room 2715, We had an issue with the flushing mechanism on the toilet. Some times the water refill didn’t stop and it continued to run. The chain system with an hook attached to the flushing lever fell off so had to take lid off and reattach. It all seemed like an adaptive fix system.

The location was super, the view was excellent from the room. Morning sunrise view was breathtaking

It was my daughter’s bday for which we booked this family stay. I asked an upgrade for the room and it was chargeable. For the special occasions if we could have got an upgrade without charges, it would be great and personal. Rest everything was good.

View from the 19th floor was amazing. Check in was easy and gym and pool facilities were a great bonus.
