Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Location!! View! Bottle of champagne at arrival for husbands 75 th bd! Everyone was very polite and friendly throughout especially at restaurant!

Housekeeping could have been a little earlier…unable to put lights on in sitting area or kitchen late at nite due to bedroom French doors having no shades or curtains on..felt dangerous to walk to bathroom at night without disturbing spouse. Would have liked a comfy chair facing the falls at nite rather than using kitchen on! The small loveseat not comfy pillows didn’t match weird🤷‍♀️

A really lovely stay and rooms with falls views are spectacular. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the check-in. We booked a room for 3 people (one child). We were told we had to pay to get a rollout bed for our daughter and that a sofa bed was impossible. We got to our room and it had a sofa bed so we called reception and said we didn’t need the rollout bed as the room has a sofa bed and the receptionist argued with us that it didn’t have a sofa bed, despite us having pulled it out and the bed was made. The receptionist also argued with us that charging for a rollout bed was usual practice as Marriott hotels. We stayed at a Marriott in Toronto and they didn’t charge us for the rollout bed. Otherwise a very good stay, a bit marred by the approach by reception staff.

The prices of room were sky high and on top had to pay extra $50 for open air parking belonging to the hotel .

Tolle Lage, große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter. In Summe ein schöner Aufenthalt!
