Revival Scottsdale Studios

After they changed the name of the hotel they took away the nice continental breakfast. Overall, nice place to stay.

There is still some construction going on but still very pleasant stay. Amazing staff is making a big difference.

Could not get into the room on wheelchair .

I had paid a deposit, $100!! Every single night of my stay. They kept it!! Apparently if the towels have to be washed , you get to buy them!! 2 towels for $100… fyi you don’t get the towels! No they keep them and they go right back into rotation!! My room had ants like hundreds. I asked for ant spray a broom but nope they had nothing and offered no help. They did suggest I use water and wipe up the mess with the towels. They even gave me two more towels when I brought the ant filled ones back up to the front desk! This place is a joke and doesn’t belong in Scottsdale

Terrible absolutely awful worst staff ever!! I’m warning everyone this place is a joke they keep your deposit no matter what and they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was undergoing construction so was fairly empty, and construction didn't start early so that was nice. However, we had ants the first night all over our vanity, and then the following day we had a giant roach in the shower. Overall felt pretty bare-bones. The breakfast was very basic, no hot foods. Muffins, bagels, yogurt. We were at a couple's retreatment so we really were only here to sleep and change, so it worked for what we needed, but I wouldn't recommend it.
