It was very quiet

Ignoring the blatant misrepresentation on the Expedia description, the construction that is not mentioned, the additional deposits that were not disclosed on Expedia, but were required at check-in, the demagnetized keys every time they were used, and the lack of knowledge by the front desk clerk, this was an ok property. Clean, good parking, decent area.

Cheap stay. Room clean and updated. Common areas/halls need cleaned and updated.

The location and parking was decent the pool and hot tub and surrounding area seem clean, but there was quite a bit of construction going on that was not listed when we booked

booked the room and when we stepped in, the room was not arranged, no ac was working we travelled all the way roadway it wa pretty hot and it's really frustrating and disappointing when we stepped in room and ac is not working, we asked the management where they said we don't wana turn on ac to save power, gave us other room which is even worse than the prior one, and when I asked they were like it is Arizona, u should wait till the room gets cooled it will take time and all. We had a fan in our car since we are relocating, we just got our fan and adjusted, 06-07-25, checkin & 30 pm, whoever it is please learn to talk to customers after all we are trusting and paying you, it was long tired day and when we stop by for our stay, make ur arrangements and prepare the room before since we book the room early, don't give the answers saying room is not prepared we wana save power so didn't turn on ac, it is Arizona it will take time for room to get cooled

If you get a ground floor room you can unload your car very easily, the pool was very good too .

Overall it was not a bad hotel to stay at if you don’t mind being a little bit farther than old town. For the price it’s definitely worth it, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and everything ran smoothly. Very quiet place not crowded at all which was super nice as well.

Was quite, property needs an upgrade in the hallway and the area towards the elevator on the 3rd floor
