Homely Serviced Apartments - Blonk St

Location is great close to town centre, shops, restaurants. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Location is next to the wicker which can be loud at night. While not the fault of the apartment, the hall outside has a very strong fish smell which would not gonaway and the window has to be kept open it was so strong.

Couldn't figure out Toilet ventilation. The hallway leading to the flat 65 was quite dirty and smelly at the time of my stay.

The apartment was very spacious and provided almost everything we required for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the kitchen and living area had lots of options for cooking and entertainment.

The combined microwave oven took a while to figure out due to a lack of clear instructions, as such, I opted out of cooking certain meals and wished we had a separate traditional microwave unit as I was led to believe would be available. Also, due to the no shoe rule and the limited range of the multiple radiators the hardwood floor was cold in the winter and some sort of indoor slippers provided or instructions to bring our own would have really helped. Finally, there appeared to be a metal drying rack in the metal with an electrical.wire but due to having no instructions and no clear on switch we never figures out how to switch it on. However these are very nitpicky complaints that I feel are easily resolvable for the future and I would happily return here the next time we need to stay in Sheffield.
