Absolutely disgusting

It was a 2 night stay. No hot water in the toilet for bath/shower. 4 people booked for an apartment and according to them, hot water in shower would be available only for 2 people. In our case, only one could manage to take shower and no further hot water. The guy who came to look for hot water, said there has been an issue with the hot water earlier as well. Promised to arrange another room next day. But he and the management did not turn up. They did not pick up calls either. On top of that, they have NOT RETURNED £250 deposit. Absolutely pathetic service. Unprofessional attitude. All your illegal money will go down the drain anyway. So good luck with cheating people. (Also this trip was for my daughter’s surgery, ruined the sensitivity of the situation as well)

East entry instructions. Good location to work and station. Nice layout. Very clean and good facilities. Comfortable bed.

A more comfortable/larger sofa would have made it 10/10.

There are tine bugs in the bed of the main bedroom. It made my partner and me crazy to order some anti-insects spray in the evening!!! The hall after the main entrance of the building was just painted - full of very unpleasant painting smells. Windows are very dirty, and the overhead lights in the living room were covered with dusts.

Perfect location, excellent apartment the layout was fab.

I would say the sofa wasn’t that comfy, need more of a lounge sofa
