Clear instructions for self check in. The apartment was very clean and close to town. Checked out Sunday morning and I called to ask for my £250 deposit back on the Thursday - the gentleman picked up quickly and authorised my request whilst on the phone.

The water was either extremely hot or cold in the taps. Netflix and IPlayer didn’t work on the tv and we could only have clear signal on some of the terrestrial channels. No microwave but easy to work around that.

Location, facilities, accessibility, provided additional items such as tea bags, sugar, salt, washing up liquid.

We didn’t have hot water one morning, we were made aware of this possibility before hand. It is still an inconvenience.
