About the Arrivals: - Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, but I am flexible. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. - After 4:00 PM, you will be able to access the property on your own, provided that you have completed the online registration in advance. After that, we will coordinate the in-person check-in. If you prefer to meet in person, we must schedule an appointment at a specific time. - Please note that: After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50 After midnight, the extra charge is €70 -Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please let me know at least 2 days in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you! - I am happy to welcome your four-legged friends! There is an extra charge of €50 per stay for extraordinary cleaning.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

​Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento ha avuto aspetti molto positivi: ​Posizione strategica: Ideale se si deve visitare la Fiera di Roma, dato che dista solo una fermata di treno. Inoltre, la stazione di Ponte Galleria si trova a soli 200 metri, il che facilita molto gli spostamenti. ​L'appartamento è ampio, confortevole, ben attrezzato . Ha tutto lo necesario pero un'ottima stanza. Incluso pasta e ragù per poter cucinare al arrivo. Si trovava in condizioni impeccabili al nostro ingresso e come ospiti, ci siamo assicurati di lasciarlo nelle stesse condizioni di pulizia in cui lo abbiamo trovato.

​Aspetti da migliorare per i futuri ospiti: ​Migliorare la trasparenza sui costi: Il supplemento per gli animali domestici è di € 50, un importo che non è chiaramente specificato sull'app di Booking al momento della selezione. È un costo importante da considerare nel budget totale. ​Manutenzione e attenzione: La stufa del bagno non funzionava. L'host ci ha avvisato al momento del nostro arrivo, ma in pieno inverno e con temperature molto basse, non ha offerto alcuna soluzione alternativa né un gesto commerciale (uno sconto) per il disagio di fare la doccia con tanto freddo. ​Accesso: Il codice per l' apertura della porta d'ingresso esterna non apriva. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il cancello carrabile, il cui telecomando non rispondeva sempre bene. Questo, unito alla forte pioggia, ci ha causato ritardi e inconvenienti. Suggerirei il controllo di tutte i cestini della spazzatura, compreso quello in bagno per favore. ​È un alloggio con molto potenziale se si risolvono questi problemi di manutenzione.

Il personale molto attento e pronto ad aiutare. La posizione ottima. Non manca nulla a due passi c'è tutto dal treno agli autobus etc. Soggiorno piacevole. Casa carina e confortevole.

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia si potrebbe fare di meglio.
