About the Arrivals: - Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, but I am flexible. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. - After 4:00 PM, you will be able to access the property on your own, provided that you have completed the online registration in advance. After that, we will coordinate the in-person check-in. If you prefer to meet in person, we must schedule an appointment at a specific time. - Please note that: After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50 After midnight, the extra charge is €70 -Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please let me know at least 2 days in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you! - I am happy to welcome your four-legged friends! There is an extra charge of €50 per stay for extraordinary cleaning.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good"

No AC, had to sleep with windows and doors open. No communication from property owner. Moved us to different unit not pictured and when we arrived there was NO elevator (5 flights of stairs with heavy luggage) NO AC (unit was at least 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit), zero responses to your messages. Buyers beware, you WILL NOT have a pleasant experience. Hotel will be your best bet even if a little more, unfortunately.

Good bed. Large bathroom. Great location, close to a café, shopping for essentials. The host was very willing to work with us on the issue of our luggage being stored on the ground floor prior to leaving.

I didn't realize it was on the second floor which for us personally was a hassle.

"Great location and value"

The location was very convenient. It’s was right across from Ponte Galeria stop and just a few stops to go to the city center. The properly had everything we needed plus more. There were a grocery store and a supermarket close by as well. Very convenient. Also a lot quieter location compared to our stay in Rome city center.

Es un apartamento privado, muy tranquilo, encontrarás supermercado de frutas y vegetales a la vuelta, el tren queda cerca así que pueden revisar su llegada con antelación y conecta super bien con el metro. La comunicación muy buena. Volvería sin duda.

"Not the best place for the price spent."

I arrived and I found the location warm, the heaters have been switched on before my arrival. Staff on WhatsApp always replied straight away

The hot water was not working properly in the morning I couldn’t take a shower which was really annoying. Also the bathroom has mould in the ceiling.
