Property Notes

Guests are advised that dogs should be kept on a lead at all times due to the free-range horses and animals around the property. Cats and other pets cannot be accommodated at the property. Directions: Follow the road out of Barmouth for about a mile. When you pass the Llanaber sign look for the property sign on the right hand side of the road. Follow the driveway to the top where you will find your cottage. If using a GPS device, please be aware that the local toll bridge (Penmaenpool) is often closed. If you get stuck go back towards Dolgellau and follow the signs to Barmouth. The final turn into Ceilwart Lane using a GPS device is incorrect (turn the opposite way).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely veiws in my opinion this property is not a 5 star rating and not worth the money they charge."

Shower and bedroom was clean and confortable. Veiws were stunning.

Steepness of hill up to the property. Property was not the cleanest, cobwebs and dust down the side of furniture and beams on ceilings. Window latches falling apart so struggled to have windows open. When the sun was out in the afternoon the living room would get very hot and not having a fan on hand it was unbearable, we could not have patio doors open due to us taking our dog and as requested she had to be put on a lead outside the property at all times and she had to be put in a cage if me and the wife went out.

"Exceptional"

Beautiful area , view. Jan, mick verry friendly We broke down as we arrived and Jan was more than happy to pick us up or drop us of if we wanted to go out. We made the most of the holiday with no car. Lovely view of animals whilst eating breakfast. We had a power cut and couldnt get hold of no body. Jan got intouch with her daughter who came and helped us. We will deffo be returning.

"Phenomenal view, excellent accommodation"

The barn was amazing, everything we expected and more. Airy, spacious and the view was phenomenal. Mike and Jan are fantastic hosts, they were around if we needed them but they weren't stalking us.

Having to leave was the hardest part of our trip
