Beautiful Wales

This barn conversion has an excellent view of the Water, with a great layout of rooms and facilities. It is perfect for young families, with two rooms, one with a set of twin beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed sitting at the table eating breakfast over looking the water and enjoyed the sun shining in during the evenings. The property has horses, sheep and even a chicken. Our kids enjoyed watching the animals and were given the opportunity to pet and see the horses up close. Overall a wonderful stay with super easy access to the local town.

Beautiful location, with horses and a friendly chicken next to the property. The beds were so comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into providing the perfect stay. We had everything we needed for our vacation. Stunning views and a short stroll to the beach. Lovely walk along the seafront to Barmouth with my pooch. Plenty of undiscovered walking routes as we had to leave early due to a family emergency. The hosts were lovely and very understanding re this and therefore, I will return to complete my stay when I can.

Nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

Location was great with fabulous views

The rooms where noisy at night. Able to hear the people in the other rooms and the bathroom extractor fan.

The host, Jan was brilliantly accommodating and so helpful. Was also very clean!

It is a little further out of town than we realised, and the barn we were in was a little smaller than expected.
