Property Notes

Guests are advised that dogs should be kept on a lead at all times due to the free-range horses and animals around the property. Cats and other pets cannot be accommodated at the property. Directions: Follow the road out of Barmouth for about a mile. When you pass the Llanaber sign look for the property sign on the right hand side of the road. Follow the driveway to the top where you will find your cottage. If using a GPS device, please be aware that the local toll bridge (Penmaenpool) is often closed. If you get stuck go back towards Dolgellau and follow the signs to Barmouth. The final turn into Ceilwart Lane using a GPS device is incorrect (turn the opposite way).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very comfortable and cosy

The garden wasn’t as secure as we hoped it would be, but thankfully dogs behaved and stayed within the boundary (mostly!)

Excellent facilities in the property & generous welcoming gifts awaiting on arrival. Lovely dogs and horses. Very friendly hens too !

We had never been in an up side down living accommodation before, And found it unusual. Being elderly we prefer a walk in shower.

The sea view and upstairs living area were spectacular. It was useful that there was a path directly to the beach from the property so there was no need to walk along the main road.

The cottage has the most amazing views of the sea. it is beautifully presented, with everything you need during a stay plus so many extras too

Beautiful Hut with a stunning view over the Ocean!Fantastic hosts!We enjoyed our Holidays at the beach and the surrounding area, the village is really lovely and a trip worth! The hut has everything you need, just an aircondition is missing. We would choose Beautiful Wales again and recommend it to everyone.

"Great View....But not value for money."

Great View.

The view is great, but the location wasn't great. Also the property is not well maintained. Tired looking furniture. Definitely not worth the £500+ per night
