Right in the city centre, close to New Street station and shops

FIX THE LIFT!!! The previously ok lift was broken, and the fixed lift wasn’t working properly. How hard is it to keep a pair of lifts working, seriously? I mean, they are complex, but many, many buildings manage to make them work. Honestly, it’s embarrassing. And the staff, who are generally excellent, have to deal with irritated customers. That’s not fair. Oh, and being in the centre is great, but the entrance is down a back alley that is dirty, dingy, badly lit. Not a comfortable experience in the daytime, much worse at night.
