Tudo dentro do esperado, quarto muito limpo, bom tamanho, cama grande. Dono do hotel muito acolhedor e simpatico, sempre atento com a gente.

Beautifully decorated restaurant and lobby, big room, simple but tasty breakfast, kind staff.

Our room was a bit noisy from the traffic outside and people speaking loudly in the corridor during the night.

The Hotel is location on a hill so even the downtown is at waking distance but u have to climb up from downtown if u are walking so its preferred to use your car. The Hotel has a free Pvt Car Park service which we used to its full advantage. The Hotel had excellent English Speaking Staff which was the highlight of my stay. Mr Shareef gave a brief history of the Hashemite kingdom and he explained the previous kings and queens and explained regarding the current rulers and his English speaking skills are like a professor. Mr Jehad was such a lovely person who use to talk to us reading our plans and gave us the complete guidance regarding where to shop , where to visit and also gave use tips on which sites is must to visit. We requested Mr Jehad about the breakfast that it was not sufficient for us with the limited menu and he informed Jenni about it and made sure that we are having good heavy breakfast . I highly Recommend Mr Jehad for booking the Complete Wadi Rum Package including the Safari . I would thank Mr Jehad for ensuring that we spent the most memorable days in Wadi Rum with High Quality Food and Safari and at a cheaper rate. The Rooms were comfortable and had heating facility. we enjoyed the Hot water shower. The Masjid is close to Hotel so we use to pray Fajr there which was a lovely experience as the imam recited the Quran beautifully. The WIFI was working good.

The room lighting is very Dim and can be improved by introducing some tubelights. The Bathroom Ventilation duct must have fans to remove odors faster.
