Based on my experience and other reviews, this place appears to be a tourist trap. It seems that only a few rooms are renovated, while the rest are explained away with constant excuses such as “renovations,” “painting,” or other ongoing issues. This pattern is clearly visible in other guest comments, where the owner often responds in an arrogant and dismissive manner instead of addressing valid concerns. No matter what the owner may claim in response to this review, the core issue remains unchanged: I did not receive what I paid for, and I was not informed in advance that the room standard would be lower than advertised. This is unacceptable and should never happen in a fair booking process. The value for money is extremely poor, and I would strongly recommend that future guests look for alternative accommodation. I am attaching photos showing the room advertised in the listing alongside photos of the room I actually received, which clearly demonstrate the significant difference. ⸻ What happened: I arrived at the property late at night after booking a room online. Upon check-in, I was given a room that looked nothing like the photos or description shown in the listing. The room was in very poor condition, and several facilities that were advertised were simply not available. When I asked for the room category I had paid for, the receptionist informed me that those rooms were unavailable due to renovation. This information was never communicated before payment and was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Since it was already very late, I chose not to search for another place and instead requested to shorten my stay from two nights to one. After arguing and contacting the owner I was promised that second night would be refunded. The case was also reported to the booking platform. However, despite these confirmations, I never received the refund for the second night that I did not use.
