Quality Inn Jessup - Columbia South Near Fort Meade

The room was absolutely terrible. The sheets were dirty, the rug was sticky and the smell…saw bugs too! Don’t get started in the smell. The breakfast area was dirty as well. We actually left and booked another hotel.

The location was easily accessible. Parking was good. There was good lighting. The lobby was nice and water was available at all times.

I had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk to check in for the night. There were no diet or zero sugar options in the soda machine. The lamp in the room had been unplugged and the plug was bent so it was difficult to plug back into the wall socket. The in room coffee maker was placed in an area that didn’t have a socket to plug into. The floor was damaged in front of one of the beds making it a bit of a tripping hazard. While shampoo and conditioner and lotion were provided in bottles attached to the walls there was no body wash or soap besides a small bar.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, but could be better The rooms a very spacious and comfortable. The property it’s near Highway 95 and could be a great hotel for travelers.

The hotel doesn’t have elevator.

The breakfast seemed promising and the room was very clean and comfy. There were amenities that helped us.

There could have been a little more of the food as some items were totally gone at least an hour before the close of breakfast.

I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. There was also loud music and doors slamming. And there was no avoiding the stench of marijuana in my room. There was no fruit out at breakfast time and a very limitted selection but for the price I guess you can't expect much.

It was horrible. The hotel rooms were smelling like cigarettes, they gave my booked rooms to another guest. Their bathrooms are old with no clean cabinets.

Room was fine. I’ve been in worse. Service was lackluster. Breakfast ended at 9. Items were not refilled unless we asked. (Ran out of waffle mix, no yogurt available after 830).
