Wonderful apartment

Really luxurious property. Would be nice to have a bar fridge with snacks and water to purchase.

Noisy, can hear the people upstairs walking and talking. Called to get the wifi password and no wifi. Asked for a call back and still waiting. No clear directions for check in. Dusty and spider webs everywhere on the balcony area. Jacuzzi needs a clean.

Fantastic place to stay but had issues with Netflix, aircon, and tv

The property was advertised as a 4 star property with loads of features. But on arrival, 1. Netflix was not working and could not be fixed for the duration of our stay. 2. The oven was not working and there was no microwave available. 3. There was no coffee machine even one was advertised. 4. The floor was dirty and didn't look like it was even cleaned. 5. One of the towels provided had multiple stains on it. 6. When help was asked for through the contact no. provided, they were very hard to contact. When contacted, they said they would send someone to have a look but no one came. When we finally went to the reception at the bathhouse, Cass was very helpful and did her best to help us. All in all a very disappointing experience. We wanted to check out early and it was approved by Hepburn escape villa but our refund only finally got approved today from Wotif (Expedia) after multiple phone calls to Expedia over a no. of weeks. I will definitely not be back to Hepburn Escape Villa unless they lift their game and standards. I will also have second thoughts about booking anything through Expedia as they ran me round in circles just to get back the refund which Hepburn Escape Villa had already approved 5 weeks back.

Absolutely beautiful modern amenities, we spent most of our stay inside the room. Because of this I think they would benefit from providing wifi considering the price of the stay.

Check in was good and room was great comfort and clean

Perfect for a couple getaway

I found checking in a nightmare trying to work out where to go, the information booklet was just full of rules, the noise from people walking above us was almost unbearable. The spa was big but uncomfortable and hard to get in and out.
