The apartment was lovely, good air con, hot water & strong wi fi. Great view from balcony.

Location. The complex felt soulless, reminded me of a housing estate with a sea view. Nilaveli is dead, there's nothing to do or see, small selection of average beach bars and restaurants but not much else. We spent everyday in Uppaveli which has character, a great vibe and way more to do. It's easy to tuk tuk from the apartment but next time I would stay in Uppaveli.

Apartments is large, huge balcony overlooking pool & palm fringed beach. Ocean is amazing. Sea warm & sandy. Nice snorkelling 10 mins away by boat at Mortar Rock. A few restaurant options along the beach. Pool nice.

Room wasn't ready. No towels provided. Eventually we were able to collect 3 sets, there were 4 of us. They never delivered the other towels or tea towels. Apartment was basically equipped, seriously lacked a washing machine given it's a family apartment. Gym is too hot, needs sun shades & new equipment. At checkout we were in a hurry as we had to get across country for a safari, (we'd fully paid the account at check in,) the front desk guy literally held us hostage, refusing to open the security gate until someone had gone to check the apartment. There's literally nothing in the apartment we would want if it were being given away for free! Lacking double bed in Master bedroom. If i owned this apartment, I'd have serious concerns with the quality of the complex management.

The location was great! The apartment is spacious and the huge balcony and sea/pool view were fantastic. The aircon and fans were good. Swimming pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Can’t comment about the restaurant downstairs as we ate at Vibration Bar which is 5 mins up the beach, it was fantastic, we had both Sri Lankan & western food, would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The walls could do with a wash or quick paint as it looked a bit grubby. But overall the apartment, bed linen, towels etc were all clean.

We loved that it was right with the ocean, great view and a great apartment.

Ok strandhotell på populært strand. Hadde stor 2 roms leilighet med kjøkken. Kjekt å kunne lage egen mat. Flott strand og fint basseng.

Excellent property on the beach front at Nilaveli with private access to beach. Individual apartments which can be rented for stay. Has a functional kitchen if you wish to cook your own food.
