Araliya OceanFront Condos Nilaveli, Trincomalee

This condo was situated in the southern tower of 5 blocks along the beach. We stayed during off-season, so it was very quiet. We didn't use the restaurant, so can't review that. Book in was easy, this is a no service condo but the place was well equipped for self sufficiently. We use the kitchen and there was adequate facilities. Comfortable bed, lovely balcony and heaps of air cons to cool the place quickly.

Nothing to dislike. Be aware it's in a quiet location, there were a couple of restaurants in walking distance but they appeared to be enjoying the downtime so we didn't disturb them.

This large aparthotel is a peaceful retreat in a quiet, scenic location with a beautiful pool and direct beach access. there are a few nearby dining options, also the well-equipped kitchens makes self-catering easy. Spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings and great amenities create a relaxing, informal escape perfect for unwinding. will recommend to my friends

We came early morning, it still was still dark and they already new my name and warm welcomed my family and me. Fast and amazing assistance, lovely staff, helpfull... Our stay in Oceanfront was, it's small to say was AMAZING!!! Apartment was HUGE, with BEAUTIFUL view on the pool and beach, you can hear waves adorable sound through all day! It was super cleaned, organised and beautiful. My family and me felt like it's EDEN on the Earth. I would like esspecially to say HUGE THANKS to Mr.Mahendran and Mr.Nipulus - they lovely service kept me speachless!! And thanks to Mr.Nalinda who organised for us early check in and make sure that our stay is the best possible! Thanks to all team from Oceanfront, and would be happy to see you soon!

Apartment was spacious and well equipped, washing machine was a useful plus. Overall clean and modern. Location was very practicle for few days at the beach.

Food choice around the flat is quite limited and mostly western food

The apartment is in a great spot overlooking the sea. It takes a whole 2 minutes to walk to the beach! There is lots of space, comfortable sofas and has great air conditioning. The shower was hot and powerful (a rare thing in Sri Lanka it seems). Comfortable beds and living area also. The beach is beautiful and clean, we had a lovely time swimming and walking daily.

Not enough supplies in the kitchen. No washing up liquid, tea towels etc. There are also not many shops nearby to grab anything (and also given the cost of the apartment I would rather not spend extra on cleaning supplies). This was a shame as we cooked on the first night and then couldn't wash anything up. This isn't a complaint as such but it's important to know that there are no decent supermarkets nearby, the closest one (Trincomalee) is too far to justify a tuk tuk unless you are getting a large amount of groceries. There are a few restaurants around but not a huge amount, some were closed which was a bit limiting. With no where to get groceries and not many restaurants I wouldn't have wanted to spend any more than 3/4 days.

Location Property is neatly maintained

Preference is given to foreigners (white skin). I came to visit from Ireland and the staff assumed me to be a local/indian. The staff at the food area and other places showed discrimination. Preferential treatment and rates was given at the premises. Be mindful before selecting this place for your stay

Appartement was good and clean

Very bad restaurant. Only 6 tabled and although we were the second to order, we had to wait for 1,5 hours to get just 1 meal (cold fries and nuggets ) and another 30 minutes to get the rest. In two hours we had 1 drink. Everybody complaining. 4 staff in restaurant but they seem to have no idea what they were doing. Hotel manager just ignored the situation and was hiding in small office. Very reluctant in his reaction and took sero responsibility

Excellent view, very calm and quiet. The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. Time when we were there was not crowded, and we like that.

Internet connection was not good. There are not many restaurants near.
