J’ai eu l’occasion d’y séjourner récemment et j’ai été très satisfait. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, ce qui est parfait pour se déplacer facilement. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et confortables, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour les voyageurs en quête de confort et de praticité au cœur de la ville. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Le personnel local

La douche se trouve juste à côté du WC et du lavabo dans une toute petite pièce. Vous prenez votre douche et tout est inondé. De plus, l’évacuation de la douche est pleine de salissures et donc inonde encore plus la pièce… Le lavabo est tres bas (il m’arrive a mi-cuisse !) avec un robinet qui ne tiens pas très bien.. Des mauvaises odeurs s’en échappent car il n’y a pas de siphon. Le WC est mastiqué à mort pour, je pense, éviter les infiltrations au dessous à cause de l’inondation généré par la douche… La VMC est bruyante mais heureusement, il y a un interrupteur pour l’arrêter ! Le tuyau de la climatisation est sale et dégouline… Beaucoup de bruit venant de la fenêtre. Elle est coulissante et ne semble pas étanche au bruit et au froid… Le matelas est super dur ! On dirait un futon sur une planche.. La télévision ressemble à mon écran d’ordinateur 🤣

Friendly and helpful staff who carried my luggage up the stairs to the room and helped get a taxi at 5am. Bed was comfortable.

No water and could not take a shower after more than 14hours on the road. Then electricity cut in the morning when preparing to leave at 5am. Lift did not work throughout entire stay. Annoyed that they had decency to charge the full rate despite the inconvenience. TV has only paid channels. Very bare facilities. Better off elsewhere.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. They were ready to assist. They were very helpful and kind.The location was perfect.

Water in the toilet did not run throughout the entire stay had to use a bucket. The window curtain could not be close entirely once the sun rise it's not comfortable to sleep a bit late.

I loved the treatment of staff - they were also always smiley and ready to help with anything. The doorman escorted me even to Telma shop! Wifi was pretty great if we compared it to other Wifi around Madagascar.

No hot water, toilet wasnt flushing (also didnt looked it was cleaned for some time), matress is very hard.

The staff, and cleannesses it could have been much better if the toilet water didn’t have many cut off and on constantly, but over all was brilliant. Very nice restaurant decor as well.

Staff was very friendly, and the lead staff member spoke English. There is a nice Korean BBQ restaurant right around the corner, so you needn't pay for a taxi to have a delicious lunch/dinner. Nice sturdy screen on the window, so no worries of mosquitos. WIFI was reliable and fast. Sheets, while stained, were well cleaned. This hotel is a good option for the price, compared to others in Tana. They honored the Genius Booking.com discount.

The toilet tank did not fill, but I was able to fill it with the shower hose. The shower had no hot water, but it was lukewarm. The AC unit worked well, but made an irregular, loud clanking noise that would wake me up and make it hard to fall asleep. I recommend earplugs.
