Toilet flush was not working. Sink drain was clogged and tap water barely coming. Then at night one of water valve was exploded and started to leak. Breakfast was as a joke - just baguette and jam.

The staff was amazing and very helpful

I missed a drinking water dispenser

Good location. Within walking distance to the Cotisse and Besady+ bus stations. there are also lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Good, functional Wi-Fi. Reliable Wi-Fi seems to be rare in Madagascar. The bed and pillows were really comfy. There’s free breakfast. It’s just a small pastry with coffee or tea, but free breakfast is always appreciated. The restaurant serves good Malagasy food and the food is fairly priced. You can have cash exchanged onsite during office hours. There are ATMs nearby but i’m not comfortable withdrawing a large amount of cash in the area. The staff makes this place shine. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived late on my first night and they helped me find a place to eat nearby since most restaurants were already closed. Also, this place accepts credit cards for payment!

To be honest, this place is in need of renovation, or at least more frequent maintenance. I had to make three room transfers before i was placed in a room with a functional toilet. There were leaks in the shower hose and shower head, the sink does not drain well. The shower area doesn’t drain well too, so the bathroom floor is always flooded. Negligible if it’s just a very short stay considering the price, but regular maintenance should be done in every hotel.

Friendly and quite helpful staff, like anywhere in Madagascar people don't usually speak English, but they try their best to help you with everything.But I wish they could help us for transfer options to Ambanja which they could not understand us due to language barrier and we got into a real hassle with the trip and went with the worst one by ourselves , which I don't personally blame them for that.

The Lightning in room need to be improved, a weird thing happened about the breakfast. for 1 day was so limited actually just piece of bread and butter and coffee while the other day we had some of options on the menu. there was no door for bathroom in our room.

The place is OK, there is hot water but you have to wait long. It is generally clean. The service is nice. You can pay with acredit card. The bed was very comfortable

The location is not so good. People warned me that is is not too safe. I waited for my breakfast more than one hour! The faucet was broken and it splashed water all around
