The location was perfect for our overnight stay on our trip to Italy. The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is in a truly beautiful location alongside the Danube. The style is an old German constuction with decor to match. Rooms were very large and cozy. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is one of the best ones in the area. There was ample parking.

The location doesn't allow for great cell service and there were no English language TV channels, but the WiFi was good.

Perfect for cyclists after a long day! Very comfortable room. Nice view of the river. They even had stuff to clean my bike chain. Like Europe in general no window screen so bugs got in. Clipped the sheers together and that solved it. Had to have the balcony door open or way too hot. Lovely cool air once that was done. Also lockable garage for bikes.

The location is on the Danube river, before it becomes the Danube river. At this location it is a lovely trout stream. We enjoyed the quiet elegance of German hospitality--the crisp duvet cover, the balcony overlooking the river, the separate entrance that took us to a path along the river. Our meals (dinner and breakfast) were extraordinary. The menu for supper included fish and fowl that we could have encountered along the way, prepared perfectly.
