Days Inn by Wyndham Park City Kansas

They did a great job in holding our rooms.in the morning I go to heat up breakfast for my kids in the microwave they have in the room. In the middle of the microwave plate was this molded melted god knows what. It was disgusting.

AC needed new filter or something , smells real bad. Even made or cloths smell

Location is just off of HWY.

Staff was friendly, but could not understand him. Location was off of HWY, but we had to park in between a gas station and the hotel. Breakfast was terrible.

It allowed us to get some sleep for one night on our road trip. We weren't there long at all but it did the trick.

The hotel and the rooms weren't the cleanest. It just looked like some maintenance had been overlooked for a while. The check in area was a little stinky but luckily our room wasn't. The cleaning could have been tightened up some and the shampoo and conditioner provided was lacking but for our quick one night stay it was fine. The free breakfast was a joke as the only breakfast they had was some bread you could toast and cereal.

Didn't spend much time there on Friday and left early on Saturday

They said my payment did not go thru, then I showed proof and checked in no coffee in the room, and when asked at the front desk, they said they had no ☕️

Great place to stay while in Wichita, Ks.

Only that the property was familiar.

That I've never had a bad experience with staying at Days inn but this was the worst. The door didn't shut. When you walk out so that means that when we did leave our room was able to get into the whole time... there was no microwave..... Then when we got the microwave it didn't work very well at all, we had to plug it in and unplug it several times. There was no wash cloths and the carpet was so dirty or whatever was going on with it that our feet were sticky and again I've never had a bad experience with Days inn so this kind of like took me by surprise. I went and talked to a front desk person but by the end of like me explaining what all's been going on and stuff like that he wanted to know. Well why did I continue to stay in the room and that was just not to me. It wasn't okay for him to say that because My house had no electricity. That's why we got a room for two nights and me and my kids were just beat. We were so tired. We were so sweaty gross and then when we got up the next day we left we left for hours so it was my daughter's birthday on top of everything. So I mean these things that I'm telling you about like they're gradually found out. First of all, second of all moving two babies and dealing with the stuff I have going on at my house and knowing it's my daughter's birthday. So stressful it was so much. The only reason I'm even saying anything is first of all because of what the front desk had to say back to me and second of all because plain and simple like I'm a pretty good customer I'm comfortable there so it blew my mind that I had such a bad experience.
