"Be Prepared for Extra Charge During Check-in"

At check-in, I was informed that there is a $40 deposit even though I had paid in full with a credit card. I objected but was told that was their policy. I had to accept it or go somewhere else. The deposit was refunded. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even offered to help with bags. The room was clean but there were no stoppers for the bath tub or sink drains. The breakfast area was out of several items, but the staff quickly retrieved the items that were missing. The price was a good value.

The location

No breakfast, no extra towels available. Asked for a fan that wasn't available. Got charged a deposit that I wasn't made aware of in advance

Room was big enough to meet my family's needs

Our tv wouldn't work, when I called front desk I was told to wait two minutes and restart it. I did still didn't work. The person I talked with said well I don't know what you want me to do about it maintenance won't be here until 8am. So no TV for all the money I paid for a relaxing room after traveling all day.
