"quite bad..."

Only the breakfast was ok.

Reserved a Suite, but it was not yet available when we reached (at 1:00 a.m. after 18 hours trip). We adjusted with a twin room with the view to get the suite next day. At 10:00 am. the next they were supposedly cleaning the suite, but at 3:00 pm the guest had not yet left. So eventually we changed hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no blankets, no bath gel. The telephone was not working

"Disappointing"

The 1st hotel employee made me pay more that was agreed on booking.com. They also tried to give me a small room instead of the suite I booked. After my complain they changed my room. After 4 days I received my refund. But It wasn't something that should occur in the first place.
