"Overbooked and unhelpful"

The location was good

The hotel was overbooked and I (along with two colleagues) was relocated to the Sultani River Hotel. This was inconvenient because of the travel distance and traffic. No shuttle service was provided between the hotels.

"Enjoyed my stay, bed was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was great."

The location and the breakfast buffet. They have rice for breakfast.
