The food at Citrus Cafe was great. The staff were courteous, helpful and attentive to whatever we asked for.

I thought it was a little on the expensive side. Also , though the hotel itself is VERY well kept, the surrounding area isn't good.

Amazing experience, good service Sakahi and qnuicy

The experience has been very sub par and not upto the expectations, specially for the price charged for single Person in a base room. Starting with, checkin, being a business traveller no big and decent hotel asks for full payment of stay at the time of check-in itself, but here it was forced to pay for the whole three nights at once.. at the time of check-in only.. with no proper reason given Coming to Room, Room size is ok, nothing too special but once you settle in the room, you find the shortcomings, first of all there is not even a single Charging/plug point at the bedside, for charging phone. If you have to charge while using your phone you cannot. As there is no bedside charging point. Second there is no cabinet or platform for keeping the luggage as is present in most hotels. You have to open your luggage on the floor like a Dharamshala.. Coming to buffet.. Major disappointment.. Only one veg starter (Manchurian) nothing else, only two dessert - one pastry and one gulab jamun, that's all.. pair it with very limited choice of breads.. There you have a perfect disappointment.. in no way it looks like a fare of a 4-star hotel which room rates are in 18 percent GST BRACKET.. So Avoid if you can.. only good thing is the location.. nothing else..
