I recently stayed at Lemon Tree, Viman Nagar for 7 days with my family, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Hospitality is often part of the job—but the team here goes far beyond that. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine willingness to help felt heartfelt, not just professional. It made us feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at home throughout our stay. A special mention to Mrs. Rutuja, Mr. Prasad, Mr. Anuraj, and Mr. Rutik from Citrus Café—each of them was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. They were guided exceptionally well by their manager, Mr. Vinayak, whose leadership clearly reflects in the team’s service quality. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Sameer from housekeeping for maintaining everything so well, and Mr. Abhishek ,Mr Omkar along with his reception team for ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only efficient but also genuinely kind at heart. Because of them, our entire stay was stress-free and memorable. If you’re looking for a place where you can make a worry-free decision and truly enjoy your stay with family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
