"Quick overnight stay was pleasant"

We were just passing through on our way to FL and didn't spend much time there. It was nice and clean. The room was sufficient in size and the beds were comfortable enough.

The lighting was very minimal. It definitely needed more lamps. It was very dark and difficult to see.

"Awful disaster There's nothing good to say about it"

The staff lied to me and said that it was no more bookings available when I got there in my room was not like it was on the website it was supposed to have a sofa bed and didn't I and when I asked to switch rooms the lady at the front desk told me it was normal rooms available so I went back on booking.com and booked me another room that clearly was available and then they cancel my reservation because she already felt bad that she lied to me and made my stay harder so therefore I did not like anything about it

"My room was too small at customer service was awful"

The pool

The lady at the front desk lied to me when I checked in and told me that it was no available room for me to switch because my room was supposed to have a sofa bed but it did and put another room on the site through booking.com to get a double bed room she canceled my reservation and told me that was no more ruins available someone else came right behind me and book a room and that was really unfair and she is really a liar and made a big deal about me staying after that so therefore my stay was f***** up

Breakfast was good. Location is nice easy access from interstate 95. Close to Saint Simon’s island and historic downtown Brunswick. Plenty of shopping and dining close by.

Hotel room safe was not working properly the batteries needed replacing.
